  2. Condensed milk - 200 grams,
  3. Sugar - 100 grams (ground),
  4. Butter/Ghee - 100 grams,
  5. Milk - 200 grams,
  6. Cocoa powder - 50 grams,
  7. Walnut - 02 tsp (finely chopped),
  8. Almond - 02 tsp (chopped finely),
  9. Cashew - 02 tsp (finely chopped),
  10. Baking powder - 1 tsp,
  11. Baking soda - 1/2 tsp,
  12. Salt - 1/4 tsp.


How to Make Cooker Cake 


For Cake Recipe in Hindi, first of all, apply ghee/butter around the inside of the cake making vessel. After this, take a small spoonful of flour and put it inside the vessel and rotate it in such a way that it covers the entire inside surface. Take out the remaining flour.



Now mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt used to make the cake, then sieve it through a sieve. Now mix ghee and sugar in a big vessel and beat it well. Add milk to it and beat again.


After whisking, add flour little by little and keep whisking. When all the flour is mixed, even after that beat it well once. Remember, there should not be any lumps in this paste, otherwise the cake will get spoiled.


Now add milk little by little to the paste and whisk it again. After beating it well, add walnuts, almonds, cashew nuts to it and keep it. Remember, this paste should be like a pakoda making paste, not too thin, not too thick, then only the cake will be good.


For the recipe of Cooker Cake, put a bowl of salt in the bottom of the cooker in which you are making the cake. This layer should be a little thick, so that the cake vessel, which will be placed inside the cooker, does not touch the cooker layer, otherwise the cake will burn.

Keep the cooker on the gas on high flame. Now put the cake paste in a vessel coated with ghee and flour and put it in the cooker and close the lid by removing the whistle of the cooker's lid. After that reduce the flame of the gas completely and let the cake cook.


After about 40 minutes, open the cooker to see if the cake is cooked properly or not. For this take a knife and place it on the cake. If the cake is sticking to the knife, it means that the cake is not cooked properly. In this case, close the cooker and then cook for 10 minutes. After this, turn off the gas and take out the cake vessel from the cooker and let it cool.
