- 2 pounds frozen hash browns
- 2 ounces (4 tablespoons) salted butter, melted
- 1 (10.25 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 pint plain whole milk yogurt
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley, garnish

03. In a large bowl, whisk together onion, cheddar Soup, cheddar , yogurt, chicken stock and melted butter. Mix until well blended and every one ingredients are evenly distributed.

04. Carefully turn the cut potatoes over, and blend until the potatoes are completely covered in the cheese mixture.
05. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking liquid or butter, then pour the potato mixture into the prepared dish. Now bake within the oven buy now , covered, for 45 minutes, until the casserole is bubbling and browned on top..
