Ingredients Required : Egg Bhurji
- Egg - 04 nos.,
- Tomato - 02 nos(chopped),
- Onion - 02 nos(chopped),
- Butter - 03 tsp,
- Oil - 02 tsp,
- Ginger garlic paste - 01 tsp,
- Red chilli powder - 01 tsp,
- Turmeric powder - 02 tsp,
- Pav bhaji masala - 1 1/2 tsp,
- Green chilli - 02 nos
- Green Coriander - tsp
- Salt - as per taste.
How to make Egg Bhurji
For Egg Bhurji recipe, heat oil during a pan.buy now When the oil is hot, add half the butter thereto and mix it.Now add ginger garlic paste, green chilies and ginger to the pan Fry it while stirring.
Now add chopped onion within the pan and fry it well. After this add chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, red flavorer , pav bhaji masala and fry till the tomatoes become soft.
After this, turn the spice mixture to at least one side. Carefully break the eggs and pour into the pan. Fry the eggs lightly while stirring.
Now mix the tomato mixture and egg mixture together and cook it while stirring until they're cooked well.
