How to make coconut burfi


Put coconut powder in a bowl, save three spoons of coconut, it will be useful later, we will put half a cup of condensed milk in the coconut only so that our coconut gets binding well. You don't even need to add sugar.


Now put 4 to 5 drops of kewra water in it, if you want, you can also add rose water or small cardamom powder to it. If you do not want to add all the condensed milk, then grind half a cup of condensed milk and half a cup of sugar and add it.


I have put all the condensed milk here, now mix it by mixing it well with hands. Prepare it by making a soft dough, do not make it too thin at all, we have to keep it so tight that it can easily become barfi.


Half a cup and three spoons of condensed milk have been mixed in two cups of coconut powder, now divide the coconut into two parts. Put a tablespoon of Rooh Afza in a part of coconut, Rooh Afza will give it a very nice rose flavor and will also give a good color.


If you do not want to add Rooh Afza, you can also add pink food color or any other color of your choice. Rooh Afza gives it a very nice aroma and taste, to keep its color uniform, add a drop of red food color to it. If you have a liquid one then add it and if you have a powder one then add it. This gives a very nice color to the barfi.


Now grease the barfi tira with oil and grease it well, now sprinkle the remaining dry coconut powder in the tirara. So that when the barfi is removed from the tire, its looking will be very good.


Now put a mixture of white barfi in the tire and spread it by pressing it, after setting it well, then pour the mixture of pink barfi over it and spread it over the white barfi. The layer of this pink and white barfi looks very nice, now sprinkle some coconut powder on it and press it lightly.


Now grate the pistachios and sprinkle them over the barfi, which will give a very nice look to it. The best thing about this sweet is that even people who do not know how to make sweets at home can make this sweet very easily.
