  • Raw rice_Raw  - 01 cup,
  • Boiled rice - 01 cup,
  • Paneer - 01 cup (grated),
  • Green chilli- 02 (finely chopped),
  • Green Coriander leaf - 01 tbsp (chopped),
  • Oil_Oil - for frying,
  • Salt_Salt – as per taste



Method to make Paneer Dosa For breakfast

For Paneer Dosa Recipe, firstly, put raw rice and boiled rice in a bowl and soak them together for two hours.


After two hours, remove the rice from the water, add a little salt to it and grind it in a grinder. Now mix the paneer, green chili, chopped coriander well and then mix it with the rice paste. Now your dosa batter is ready.


Now heat a dosa pan (use a heavy bottomed shallow griddle if there is no dosa pan) and pour one tablespoon of rice mixture on the pan and spread it in a circular motion all over the pan. But while spreading the rice paste, keep in mind that it should be thick enough, it should not be too thin.


When the rice paste starts to sink little by little, spread a spoonful of oil around it and let the dosa cook on low flame. When the dosa turns golden in color, take it off and serve it with sambar and coconut chutney.


If you like leavened dosa, set it aside for five hours before adding the paneer to the rice batter and add the paneer to the rice paste when the yeast is fermented. By the way, if you want, you can fill the paneer masala mixture separately and not mix it with the rice paste.


If you want to do this, then heat oil in a pan and fry onion and quarter teaspoon cumin in it. After the onion is roasted, add a pinch of turmeric, 50 grams of mashed paneer and salt as required and fry it well.


Also, add half a teaspoon of paneer masala powder and chopped coriander to the mixture and take it off and keep it light. After that, when the rice paste sinks, put the prepared mixture of paneer on it in the middle and fold it and take it off.
