Mango Cake Ingredients


  1. Mango pulp - 01 cup,
  2. Flour – 01 cup,
  3. Condensed milk - 1/2 cup,
  4. Sugar powder - 1/2 cup,
  5. Butter - 1/2 cup,
  6. Milk - 1/3 cup,
  7. Almond - 01 tbsp (finely chopped),
  8. Cashew - 01 tbsp (finely chopped),
  9. Raisins - 01 tbsp,
  10. Baking powder - 01 tsp,
  11. Baking soda - 1/4 tsp.


How to Make Mango Cake


For Mango Cake Recipe, first take mango pulp, butter and condensed milk in a bowl and beat it well. Then add sugar powder to it and beat it one more time.

 

After this, mix baking powder and baking soda in the flour and sieve it. Then add the flour mixture to the mango pulp and beat it well. While whipping the mixture, keep in mind that there are no lumps in it, otherwise the cake will not turn out good.


After making this much preparation, preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade. While the oven is preheating, grease the inside surface of the cake pan with butter. After this, spread a paper of its size in the bottom of the vessel and apply butter on it too.


Now add milk to the cake mixture and beat it once again. Then add chopped dry fruits to it and beat it once. Keep in mind that this paste is neither too thin nor too thick, otherwise the cake will not be right.


Now pour the cake mixture into the cake making vessel and stir it to make it even. After that put it in the preheated over and set it at 180 degree for 25 minutes. After the completion of 25 minutes, take out the cake utensil and try it.


If the top of the cake has turned light brown, it means the cake is ready. If it is not brown, bake it for 10 more minutes.


When the upper surface of the cake becomes light brown, then take a knife and put it in the cake and take it out. If the cake is sticking to the knife, it means that the cake is not fully baked yet.
