Ingredients


  1. Full cream milk = 1 liter
  2. sugar = two cups
  3. water = four cups
  4. Citric Acid = tsp (dissolved in 2 tsp water)
  5. Rose essence = few drops



Recipe

First of all, boil the milk in a heavy bottomed vessel, when the milk starts boiling, then add citric acid and keep stirring until the chenna and water separate completely.

Now put it in a muslin cloth and remove all its water and keep it under a cold water tap for a while, then press the cloth to drain out all the water.

Now take out the chenna in a big plate and knead it like a soft dough by mashing it with your hands.

Mix sugar and water and put it on the gas to boil. Now make 12 to 15 balls of kneaded chena.

And then put it in a solution of boiling sugar and water and close the lid of the pot, now cook it for 15 to 20 minutes, after cooking, let it cool for 5-6 hours, then mix the essence everyday and let it cool in the fridge. keep it for
