 how to make coconut ladoo

To make coconut ladoo, first of all, peel the coconut and remove its skin and separate it. Now wash the coconut shells very well once. And then after that grate it, as well as finely chop cashews and almonds and also remove the stalks of raisins.

Now put milk in a pan and keep it for boiling, when the milk comes to a boil, then add grated coconut to it and cook till it becomes thick, stirring continuously.

When the milk becomes thick, add sugar, cashew nuts, almonds and raisins to it. At the same time, peel the cardamom and grind its seeds and put them in the pan and cook the milk while stirring it continuously.

When this coconut mixture reaches the state of solidification and the entire layer of the poori starts to turn when turned with a ladle, then turn off the gas and let this coconut mixture cool down.

When it becomes slightly hot (to be taken in hand), take a little mixture in your hand and make it in the shape of laddus. And in the same way prepare the laddus of all the mixture.

Make these laddoos and keep them in an air tight box and then use them for a whole month, you can eat them after breakfast or eat them during fasting.

Note: If you want, you can also fry the coconut mixture in a spoonful of ghee before adding it to the milk. This will enhance the taste of your laddus and your life too.
