Material
  • 8 eggs
  • cup mayonnaise
  • cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard ready
  • tsp red capsicum
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Advice

Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring the water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Let the covered eggs sit for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from the position, cool, peel and cut.

Place chopped eggs in bowl; Add mayonnaise, green onions and mustard. Season with paprika, salt and pepper. Stir and serve on your favorite bread or crackers.
