Ingredients Required : Egg Biryani


  • Basmati Rice - 200 grams,
  • Boiled Eggs - 04 Nos.,
  • Curd - 100 grams,
  • Milk - 100 ml,
  • Onion - 50 grams (fried),
  • Pure Ghee - 02 tsp,
  • Chili Powder - 01 tsp,
  • Coriander Powder - 1/4 tsp,
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp,
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp,
  • Chicken Masala - 1/4 tsp,
  • Ajinomoto - 1/4 tsp,
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 01 tsp,
  • Lemon Juice - 01 tsp,
  • Fennel - 1/4 tsp,
  • Cinnamon - 01 piece,
  • Green Cardamom - 02 nos.,
  • Cloves - 02 nos.,
  • Cumin - 1/4 tsp,
  • Adible Color - 01 pinch,
  • Mint Leaves - 10-12 nos.,
  • Coriander Leaves - 01 tbsp
  • Salt - as per taste.

How to make Egg Biryani


01. For Egg Biryani Recipe, firstly, take water to boil rice in a medium sized pan buy now and heat it.


02. When the water becomes hot, add cumin, fennel, clove, cardamom, cinnamon stick, some green coriander and 4-5 mint leaves.


03. When the water starts boiling, add all the dry hot spices, rice and salt to taste and let it cook. While the rice is cooking, prepare the spices for the biryani.


04. Now add fried onions, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chicken masala, salt, chili powder, garam masala, ajinomoto, ginger-garlic paste in a pan and fry on low flame. After this, add curd, lemon juice, mint leaves, green coriander and let it cook for a while by stirring.


05. By now the rice would have been cooked. Remove the rice vessel from the fire, drain the excess water and keep it aside. Put the boiled eggs in the spices being cooked in the pan and stir the spices lightly.


06. After this put the undercooked rice also in the pan. Spread the rice evenly in the pan. After this, pour milk, desi ghee over the rice and sprinkle the food coloring in a little water and sprinkle it on the rice.


07. After this cover the pan and let it cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes. After 5-6 minutes open the pan and stir it well with a ladle.
