Ingredients for Chicken Do Pyaza
- 500 grams chicken pieces,
- two cups chopped onion,
- one cup chopped tomato,
- thinly sliced ginger,
- 6-8 garlic cloves chopped,
- one cup curd,
- fresh green coriander leaves,
- dry spices,
- salt,
- half teaspoon red flavorer ,

How to make Chicken Do Pyaza
Step 1- Heat oil during a pan. Then add spices and fry it.
Step 2- Now add chopped onion and fry till it becomes light golden.
Step 3- After this add garlic and ginger and cook till it becomes brown .
Step 4- Add all the spices and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5- Now add water. Then add chopped tomato and cook it for five minutes till it becomes soft.
Step 6- Put the chopped chicken pieces and curd within the pan and keep it covered for half an hour on low flame.
Step 7- Keep stirring the gravy in between.
Step 8- After cooking, serve it and garnish it with green coriander.
