Ingredients - 

  • Salmon Fish - 3 Washed
  •  Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
  •  Lemon Juice - 1 tsp 
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  •  Black Pepper Powder - Pinch of 
  • Salt
  •  Olive Oil - 2 tsp


Process-

Marinate the salmon fish well with ginger-garlic paste. Apply lemon juice on it too. Now mix red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt etc. on it and apply. Now keep the fish pieces like this for 30 minutes. Now apply oil on the preheated grill. Apply oil on the piece of fish and grill it on low flame. Once the grill is done, take out the piece and serve it on a plate.
