  • - 2 cups chopped green beans
  • - half teaspoon cumin
  • - A pinch of salt
  • - one-fourth amchur powder
  • - half teaspoon cumin powder
  • - quarter teaspoon turmeric powder
  • a finely chopped onion
  • - Half teaspoon red chili powder
  • - 2 whole red chilies
  • - One tablespoon olive oil
  • - one-quarter cup
  • Water

Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds, dry red chillies and onions and fry. Fry it till it turns golden.


Now add turmeric, green chili, amchur, red chili powder and coriander powder to it.
